The Solebury Orchards Market opens for the season in mid to late June.  Our first crops to ripen are Cherries, Blueberries, and Raspberries, followed by Apricots, Peaches, Pears, Plums, and Apples.  Through the summer, fall, and winter the market is well stocked with the fruits and berries that are grown in the surrounding fields and orchards of  the farm.  Please check the chart below for the approximate times the different products are available.  We take great pride in the fine quality and outstanding flavor of our fruits and are sure you will find our products very satisfying.  For the Current Market and PYO Updates please check the box below. Current Market Updates:   Hours: Saturdays 10-5   Closed Sunday through Friday    During January, February, and March hours are Saturdays only 10-5   In the Market This week we have Keepsake (the parent variety to the Honey Crisp),  Gold Rush, Pink Lady, Fuji, Braeburn, and Granny Smith Apples. We also have our fresh pressed Apple Cider and our home made Applesauce.    Even though the harvest season is finished, our market is open through the winter.  Apples, Cider, and Apple Sauce are all available through March.  Our late ripening varieties store very well and stay crisp and juicy throughout the winter.    Also available are fresh frozen Blueberries from last summer's crop.  These are kept in the back freezer so be sure to ask if you would like some.   Updated January 16, 2012
